Warranty Policy

At God-Tier Jewels, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Our warranty provides long-term assurance for eligible products, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Warranty Coverage

The Lifetime Warranty for eligible Demi-Fine® Jewelry covers tarnishing or discoloration of the plating, subject to the applicable warranty terms and product inspection.

2. Warranty Resolution

0–3 months Replacement of the item
3–6 months 15% cashback on the product's invoice value, issued as store credits


Important: God-Tier Jewels does not offer refunds to the original payment method. Any monetary compensation under this warranty will be issued exclusively as God-Tier Jewels Store Credits.

Store Credits can be redeemed toward eligible future purchases within 6 months of issuance. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear.

  • Breakage or damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or improper use.

  • Loss of stones, crystals, or other decorative elements.

  • Repairs, alterations, modifications, or resizing performed by third parties.

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry, unless specifically covered under the applicable warranty terms.

4. How to Raise a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please email contact.godtierjewels@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Your Order ID.

  2. Your registered contact number.

  3. Two to three clear photographs of the affected product.

  4. A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review the details and guide you through the warranty process.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved for inspection, our team will provide instructions for sending the product for inspection.

Shipping Instructions: Customers are required to arrange and pay for self-shipping of the product. After dispatch, please share the courier details and AWB/tracking number with our support team.

5. Warranty Inspection and Approval

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by God-Tier Jewels.

If the reported issue falls outside the warranty coverage, or if the product has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, third-party modifications, or any other excluded circumstance, God-Tier Jewels reserves the right to decline the claim.

The final warranty resolution will be determined after inspection and provided in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
